Known for his excellent fish, Sabahattin was a fisherman who cooked for local residents in his modest premises until the day... the Four Seasons Hotel opened its doors. The customers - wealthy - have arrived. The restaurant has since acquired an international reputation. No more picturesque! Of course, prices have risen to the great displeasure of the original regulars. It is still a very good place for fish, especially since the refined setting perfectly complements the reputation. Save a place for the excellent dessert.
