Bonjour on a loué une voiture chez hertz pour 3 jours récupéré a l'aéroport et retourne à une agence a Istanbul ils nous ont fourni une voiture avec un prob au niveau frein main qui se décrochait tout seul ce qui a cause un léger accident le frein main a lâché une nuit alors que la voiture était gare depuis des heures et a heurte une autre voiture stationnée et malgré qu'ils nous ont assuré que nous n'étions pas responsables a notre retour on a découvert qu'ils ont retiré 250e de notre compte sans préavis. On retournera a Istanbul c'est une magnifique ville mais hertz c'est fini on louera une voiture ailleurs c'est sur.
