This museum dedicated to contemporary painting occupies a former textile factory dating from the late 18th century in the heart of 22@, the new technology district in Poblenou. Owned by the Fundació Vila Casas, the museum presents a collection of approximately 300 works by Catalan artists or artists residing in Catalonia, from the 1960s to the present day, in about 3,400 square meters of exhibition space. In the museum's plaza, don't miss Jaume Plensa's sculpture Dell'Arte (1990), which depicts the sins of hell in Dante's Divine Comedy.
