Designed down to the last detail and surrounded by greenery, the Teatre Grec was built in 1929 on the model of Epidaurus, for the Barcelona International Exposition. Set in the old quarry of Montjuïc, whose rocky walls form the backdrop to the stage, this classic amphitheater is a perfect option for enjoying outdoor theater. It opens its doors only in July to host the Greek Festival performances. Dance, music, theater and circus make up the bulk of its excellent program.

Le théâtre grec est un lieu où l’on peut assister à des représentations et des concert l’été en plein air ce qui est vraiment agréable lorsqu’il fait chaud. L’acoustique est excellente ! La première fois que j’ai voulu m’y rendre j’ai eu quelques difficultés à trouver le théâtre car il est situé en contrebas du parc de Montjuic.
