Definitely not 5 stars. You literally have to step over homeless' dirty mattresses and experience the smells to get into the hotel; check-in at 3 pm requires "early check in fee", check out is at 10.30 and once you book, every day an annoying email "install our app" is sent daily.

Wonderful staff led by Roberto, who assisted in soooo many ways. Room was terrific and in great location steps from Las Ramblas. Hope to stay here again.

موقع جيد بشارع رامبلا ولكن غير جيد للعرف حيث في الليل يكون اصوات مزعجة من الخارج بسبب عدم وجود عوازل
الفندق خمس نجوم وانا اقيمه نجمة واحد

تم اعطائي غرفه غير المحجوزة وكانت بها نافذة كبيرة تطل خارجا على باقي مباني ولا تصلح للخصوصية
وتم تبليغه بتغير الغرفه ولكن لا يوجد فندق محجوز
تم مبيت ليله واحدة من اصل 6 ليالي وطلبت منهم ارجاع المبلغ باقي الايام وتم حجز فندق اخر

Had a beautiful balcony overlooking the square in the days after Christmas leading up to New Year's Eve. This is a prime location but realize you are VERY close to Las Ramblas (which does increasingly shady at night) and people can be loud in the square until late at night. The building is nice, the rooms were very well decorated, and the service received here was great.

We absolutely LOVED this hotel. We stayed for 9 days and received impeccable service throughout our stay. This is the BEST location ever, situated in the Gothic Quarter surrounded by amazing restaurants, La Rambla and the metro. The hotel is beautiful. We loved our room looking out into the Placa. The decor is modern but also captures the old charm of the building. We loved the high ceilings and the comfortable bed. The bathroom has a wonderful soaking tub! Also high quality shampoos and soaps from Davines. I also loved the white robes, always appreciated when I travel. Facundo at the front desk gave the BEST dinner locations! He truly knows the city in and out and was able to select restaurants that fit our vibe and cravings. We also enjoyed the breakfast. High quality, ingredients and the best eggs I have ever had in my life.
We stayed over New Years and was surprised that it was not too loud in the Square. We also appreciated the white noise machine that was provided as we sleep with one at home and it made any usual hotel noises unnoticeable. Thank you Sonder for a wonderful vacation! We will be back, Adios Amigos!
