Ame que el hotel sea ecológico, la habitación demasiado pequeña pero super limpia. El servicio por WhatsApp super atento y amables el servicio en persona un desastre, no sabían atención al público lo digo por experiencia pq estudie eso, no tenían información de la ciudad Por ejemplo dnd comer cercano al hotel, el desayuno un desastre no había ni siquiera una banana como fruta y falta de atención del personal ya que nos debíamos servir y hacer el desayuno nosotros y no había nadie que te enseñase como utilizar para hacerlo. Sugerencia ya que son un hotel ecológico, basura para recilar y la comida que sea casera y no comercial en bolsita de nylon. Dejar a mano lugares para visitar o comer ayudaría mucho.

I booked for 4 days to stay with my family. We went there early to keep our luggage in a safe place and then plan was to roam out. We were asked to keep bags in a small room which we learnt later that is their BATHROOM. Poor bed (you cannot call it as a bed actually, pls refer photo attached) which gave me severe back pain and smelling sheets. Very small room and a really small bath place where you cannot afford to move your arms. My family didnot like it all, we checked-out early after a night stay. Still fighting with property and booking.com to get refund for the rest of the days (of which we did not stay) but no luck still. Booking.com says its up to the property and property management says cancellation is refundable. I keep telling them this is not a planned cancellation but cancelled due to pathetic room quality. Though the location is good, pls dont stay with here with family, even though booking.com recommends it for family with 8.2 ratings from family customers.

Die Zimmer sind seehehr klein aber sauber. Außerdem gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Das einchecken ist uns am Anfang bisschen schwer gefallen, weil es nur übers Handy geht. Das WLAN hat die ganze Zeit nicht funktioniert, obwohl wir die auch eingeschrieben haben. Außerdem wurde von uns zusätzlich 60 Euro verlangt, wegen Steuern o.ä. Die Arbeiterin konnte kein englisch, was die Kommunikation beeinträchtigt hat.

Very nice place, it is clean, has a refrigerator and Sara the receptionist/cleaner was very nice and kind to us.

Nous sommes arriver, dans une chambre ne correspondant pas aux photos, soit.
On nous confie un système d’effectueux pour rentrer dans l’hôtel. Nous nous retrouvons, à la rue de 22h30 à 23h30, sans AUCUNE réponse de l’hôtel. Avec je le précise une enfant qui nous accompagnait. Après de nombreux appels, et des messages échanger, il daigne enfin nous ouvrir la porte.
Quand je soulève, le problème de leur réactivité NUL, il me réponds que je n’avais cas l’appeler plus tôt (alors que celui-ci ne me répondait pas). Il me reprochera même d’être aller me réconforter chez le restaurateur d’en face.
