Hôtel très bien situé, accueil très chaleureux à notre arrivée.
Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable,
Très calme la nuit, aucun bruit.
Le Monsieur qui nous accueille le matin au petit déjeuner est d'une grande gentillesse et très serviable. Autrement petit déjeuner très copieux.
Rien à redire, je le recommande vivement.

Cómodo y todo muy bien, el único pero quizá sea que las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas y hay mucho ruido de tráfico.

ΠΟΛΥ ΚΑΛΟ , ΚΑΘΑΡΟ , ΠΟΛΥ ΚΟΝΤΑ ΣΤΟ ΚΕΝΤΡΟ . ΑΞΙΖΕΙ

La única pega es el olor de ambientador, es demasiado fuerte y tuvimos que dejar la ventana abierta todo el día y toda la noche.
Muy cerca de Sants y de todo lo que hay que visitar en Barcelona

After paying online for a package trip, we arrived at the hotel to check in. They confirmed our stay had been payed, But they wouldn't give us our keys to the room until we had payed them a Tax! £39 (euros)
It was late, we were tired so after a short stand off, I agreed to pay this so called TAX that we have never had to pay anywhere before. BEWARE.
Once we got to our room we noticed straight away how small it was and it had a window instead of the balcony we had booked. Spoke to reception they said we've not booked a balcony room, despite us showing our booking confirmation showing Balcony. They told is it was our operators problem. They said balcony's are for Disabled people ????. They said we could have one but we would need to pay an extra £15. Per night for a balcony.
The windows don't seal like UK windows so you could hear all the traffic all night, all the drunk people singing and shouting all night. The toilet blocked up and there were no means if sorting it out, so we had to get the lift down to the basement to use the toilets down there. Due to the design and layout you couldn't sit on the toilet properly anyway lol. Also, the so called AC in the room was useless. So needed to keep opening the window anyway. My wife is Gluten free and this is a Celiac accredited hotel. Unfortunately this meant my wifes dinner ended up just being a heat n eat served in its packageing for you to scold yourself trying to peel the lid off. The GF bread also came steamed in a bag. Needless to say, we will never return to this hotel. Do yourself a favour and book another hotel.

Bem localizado, numa zona agradável da cidade e com transportes públicos perto. Os quartos são bastante cómodos e o pequeno almoço era excelente. Local sossegado e confortável. O restaurante do hotel serve refeições agradáveis a preços aceitáveis.

Hotel comodo per la posizione vicino al centro , in una zona tranquilla , le camera non erano il massimo il problema maggiore è stato un letto fornito come brandina che cigolava ad ogni movimento , impossibile dormire , però tutto sommato sembrava abbastanza pulito .
Sconsiglio vivamente il buffet , di scarsa qualità e quantità , e la zona colazione non sembrava nemmeno troppo pulita , potete fare colazione altrove con una spesa molto inferiore

Hotel al centre de Barcelona, molt ben comunicat i un barri on hi ha de tot, tant de dia com de nit. Les habitacions estan molt bé. Teníem mitja pensió i vàrem menjar molt bé cada dia. Molt recomanable.

Nice room, good beds but the bathroom has had better days, everything works fine but you can see there have been a number of repairs.
A lot of noise comming from the other rooms, this costs a star, the bathroom costs another one.
Breakfast is ok but not four stars, the people in the breakfast room are friendly but clean the tables by wiping it all on the floor ?!? That while you are eating. At 10 o'clock they start moving tables and chairs whilst the breakfast is till 10.30.
From the hotel you can easily walk to the rambla's, even to the beach. Lots of small and big restaurants en 24h super markets.

Das Hotel ist schön, Standort gut und die Zimmer modern und sauber.
ABER: Es ist extrem hellhörig. Ständig knallen die Türen, man hört die Zimmernachbarn, die Fenster (ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Hof) sind nicht schallisoliert und tagsüber ist der Hof eine Art inoffiziller Schulhof mit Spielplatz. Man hat also immer Party vor dem Fenster.
Nachts ist es ruhig, aber wenn früh morgens die ersten Putzfrauen anfangen Möbel zu rücken, wird man wieder wach.
Fazit: schönes Hotel, aber nur mit Oropax

Good afternoon. 1. The hotel is old. The rooms are not tidy. The air conditioner does not work well and makes a lot of noise, which makes it difficult to sleep. We tried to sleep with the window open; we were disturbed by the noise of cars. We booked a room in advance on the hotel website. In four days, I contacted the site, sent an SMS, wrote on Instagram to cancel the reservation for one day. no one answered. After checking into the hotel, they refused to cancel our reservation for one night. They did not issue a cash receipt after payment. I asked, but they still didn’t give me the paper, they wrote out the paper by hand.

Bel hôtel très bien situé. Personnel agréable. Chambre spacieuse.
Seul problème, la ventilation/climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il finissait donc par faire très chaud dans la chambre la nuit.
