Good value for money hotel located near Sants train station and Plaça Espanya in Barcelona.

Opened in 2010, the Live and Dream B&B is housed in a recently-built building close to Sants train station. It offers 9 double rooms (3 with a small private terrace) and 4 single rooms. In terms of decoration, a fine effort has been made on design, with the advantage of being in a new interior. On the downside, the hotel's location leaves a little to be desired, but it does have the advantage of being close to the station and Plaça Espanya, ideal for those attending a congress or trade show at the Fira de Barcelona.

Jakość adekwatna do ceny wiec daje 5 gwiazdek. Nie jest to luksusowy obiekt: pokoje proste, codziennie sprzątane, wymienione ręczniki i pościel (to akurat było miłym zaskoczeniem). To miejsce dobre jedynie na nocleg i taką funkcję spełnia znakomicie. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna - mogliśmy zostawić bagaże kilka godzin przed zameldowaniu i jeszcze wiele godzin po wymeldowaniu. Miejsce przyjazne turystom.

Muy mal la limpieza y necesita mejorar el mantenimiento. Aparentemente parecía un alojamiento bueno para pasar una noche en Barcelona (aunque no más). Pero es inadmisible y repugnante irte a dormir y encontrarte las SÁBANAS de las DOS CAMAS SUCIAS DE RESTOS ORGÁNICOS, (una de sangre y la otra de una mancha alargada y marrón). No pudimos avisar porque cuando llegamos a dormir no había nadie en recepción por la noche. Además, no había papel higiénico (menos mal que cuando hicimos el check in nos dimos cuenta y si pudimos pedirlo).
El jabonero del lavabo y el cubo de la basura del baño estaban muy sucios y viejos.

Pendant la période de Noël l hôtel nous a annulé la réservation car soit disant nos cb n étaient pas bonnes. Nous n avions plus d hôtel a moins d une semaine ! Kleines schlichtes Hotel in einer absolut ruhigen schönen Ecke der großen Stadt. Sehr zu empfehlen bei kurzen Aufenthalt. Service super, Zimmer einfach aber sehr sauber - tolles Preis Leistung Verhältnis
