Spacious and functional rooms in an apart-hotel located a stone's throw from Gran de Gràcia in Barcelona.
This aparthotel offers around 50 modern, fully-equipped studios, each with a practical kitchenette. A delicious buffet breakfast is served at the bar or in the garden. At the "honesty bar", you serve yourself, while a resident plays the piano in the hall! All in all, the location is strategic, as it lies on Barcelona's modernist route, next to the first house built by Gaudí in the city: the Vicens House. 24-hour reception and private parking (fee payable).

Cleanliness: The room we got was dirty. After we reported the problem, we were shown three other rooms, but unfortunately they were all dirty (also receptionist admitted). At that point we wanted to leave, but they offered a better room, which was OK (there was no perfect cleanliness here either, some equipment was very dusty). It would be very important to make changes in this regard. I do trust that there will be consequences for what happened, because it left its mark on our entire vacation.
Temperature: It was only 15C in the room and it took a long time to reach a tolerable temperature in the room. It was very unpleasant with a small child, plus being pregnant. Despite the fact that we reported that after hours it was still 18C, we did not receive a heater, though I found out from a colleague the next day that they had one.
