The rooms are very small, the tv doesn't work, the ac doesn't work, the shower leaks water all over the bathroom, the breakfast is coffee and croissants. The only good think about this trip was the location. Would NOT ever recommend this place!!

このホテルに泊まれて良かったです。
立地も良いし、建物の内装も細部まで素敵でした。朝食のクロワッサンはサクサクで美味しく、コーヒーとあわせていくらでも食べられました。スタッフの方も親切で、拙い英語に笑顔で対応してくださったのが印象に残っています。

La segunda mañana del desayuno bajamos y no tenían croissants. Esperamos un rato y como teníamos prisa nos fuimos. La tercera mañana pasó lo mismo, y al bajar y preguntar en recepción nos indicaron que en breve los iban a llevar.

Volvimos a esperar un buen rato y al bajar nuevamente a recepción y transmitir mi malestar, la recepcionista de una forma nada amable me volvió a indicar que ya los llevaban. Volví a subir y al comentar a la persona que los trajo que no me parecía bien los tiempos y que ya había pasado por segundo día consecutivo, respondió que los clientes "deben tener la amabilidad de esperar". Prometen un servicio que no cumplen por hábito y no por algo puntual.

Por otro lado la televisión solo disponía de 2 canales en alemán, indicándonos que no tenían TDT.

Great room with high ceilings and green tiles in the bathroom. Quiet, overlooking terrace. Pleasant lounge on the 1st floor. Good croissants in the morning. Most sites walkable.
