Hotel súper recomendado!! Muy buena ubicación, y el personal muy amable, sobre todo las chicas que estaban el sábado por la mañana. El hotel tiene un gran diseño, habitaciones muy monas y las camas son muy cómodas. Destacar las vistas desde la planta 24

Excelente hotel muy bien ubicado con magníficas habitaciones, instalaciones y salas de reunión , sea tu viaje por negocio o turístico encontrarás todo lo que necesitas, y para disfrutar de tu tiempo libre , la piscina, spa , gimnasio y restaurantes son ideales , a destacar el Fantástico Personal y la atención recibida en todo momento y las impresionantes vistas del bar restaurante y desayunador en The Level de la planta 24.

Hotel muy bonito y de lujo. Se nos atendió genial desde un principio por parte de la recepcionista Lucia en el The Level. Primera experiencia en un hotel así y la verdad que nos vamos encantados. Recomendable 10/10.

My friend got robbed in the hotel and they refused to show the camera footage! Beds are dirty and food is horrible!

Unfortunately, at the end of our trip when we put our backpack on a chair next us (in the lobby), with a glance when we were speaking with our friends, someone grabbed it and stole it. What's even worse is they refused to check the cameras and we had to go back to our country with no passports, no money. We were so sorry staying in here. Wouldn't recommend. Also, just to add that maybe one of the personnel there did it. They lost a chance to catch the robber. What if they, themselves were helping the thief? Very poor security, terrible personnel.

Our flight arrived at 5a.m. and it was too early to check-in but they kept our bags so we can go sightseeing. We were so exhausted so a girl at the counter gave us our room earlier so we could rest. They made sure we were taken care of. Great personnel! Awesome experience!

The rooms have a nice view; however it is not well maintianed, e.g., there were holes in curtains and stains on the walls. I would not recommend the place.

Hi hem anat amb la intencio de prendre algo al rooftop, pero no n'hi ha propiament. Tenen un bar a una planta alta, amb vidrieres i vistes, pero no es terrassa.. i hem marxat.

La peor experiencia en un hotel “5 estrellas” tenía el check out a las 12 dejé cosas en la nevera subo a buscar las cosas a las 11:50 y ya lo habían tirado todo. Muchas gracias Meliá, la habitación antigua, el suelo no limpio, cama con pelos, lámparas antiguas hasta con oxido.

La persona en recepción no busco una solución solo se disculpo, una vez nada recomendable. Circuito de spa pequeño y lugares sin funcionar correctamente.

Regalé a mi madre un bono en el spa y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Una atención inmejorable por parte de la recepcionista que nos atendió en la entrada, nos acompañó al ascensor y la recepcionista del spa también un encanto. Se desvivió en todo momento por atendernos y satisfacer nuestras expectativas. Las amenities Rituals en los vestuarios son un gran plus. El vestuario es pequeño pero tiene de todo. A destacar la limpieza de todo el lugar. El spa es mejor disfrutarlo entresemana, estabamos solos en el jacuzzi! Muchas gracias por todo! Volveremos seguro :)

Great tower overlooking Barcelona. Modern hotel with beautiful rooms that begin to give some signs of fatigue… can be a choice of questionable materials. The swimming pool is very small and very crowded in summer.
