Chambre spacieuse bien qu’un peu sombre.
Petites attentions gourmandes.
Petits déjeuner avec un choix pour tous.
Le personnel était très agréable.

Ganz tolles Hotel, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und würde immer wieder buchen. Die Lage ist super, man kann direkt vom Flughafen mit der Bahn anreisen zu Fuß ist alles zu erreichen in 15-20 Minuten zur Sagrada Familia, Park Guelle ist in 20-25 zu erreichen Paulau de Musika ist in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen… in der Gegend sind Restaurants und Cafés oder Weinbars. Die Rezeptiondamen waren schnell und freundlich, sprachen Englisch! Die Frühstücks Damen waren sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet war frisch und vielfältig … die Betten waren bequem,die Fenster haben gut isoliert, wir haben nichts von der Straße gehört. Es war alles sauber. Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat, waren die Bodenfliesen im Bad, die waren zwar sauber sahen aber nicht so aus, weil da Tropfen und Flecken drauf waren.
Die Terrasse oben war sehr schön auch zu essen und trinken, der Pool war leider nicht auf… Wassermangel in Spanien …

Excelente servicio y amabilidad.
El diseño de la habitación tiene colores oscuros y es difícil de comprobar la limpieza. Las camas son muy cómodas y limpias.

The team are very helpful, the rooms smart with a really good breakfast available. The location is really well connected.
Our room was small but ok or a short stay, plus it was our choice of room, there are other options.
Particular thanks to Nerea who helped us several times during our stay.

Trato pésimo por parte del personal de seguridad de la entrada al parking. Espantoso como pueden tratar así a los clientes y aún mas a las personas. 0 recomendable.

La habitación es pequeña como un nicho.
Oscura y sin ventilación. En recepción nos han dicho literalmente que ha sido por mala suerte. Ninguna intención de hacerte sentir cómodo.
En el patio las maquinas hacen un zumbido permanente. Mala suerte también.
Si vienes a Barcelona no te dejes engañar, no reserves este hotel.

Receptionists are rude and not helpful. The basic room is so dark and tiny it’s laughable. The bed is super noisy. I asked for a new pillow and my request was ignored.
The hotel is in a great location and the decoration is very nice but you’ll be more comfortable in a cheap hostel. Don’t waste your money here.

Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit in dem Hotel! Die Lage ist großartig, mit Metro und Flughafenbahn um die Ecke. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstück und das sehr nette Personal beim Frühstück. Auch alle Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption waren immer freundlich und sehr, sehr hilfsbereit! Wir kommen unbedingt und
gerne wieder!

Very cosy and excellently located right in the hearth of Barcelona

The hotel has a perfect location and is very well connected, the train from the airport stops directly there, all other parts of Barcelona are easy to get to. There is a Mercadona nearby. The staff is very very hospitable, both at the reception and the room service, we very much appreciated that. The interior design is very nice and chic. Our room was great, quiet, it had a very comfortable bed, air conditioning, a safe (no charge), all you could need. What someone might find strange is that the bathroom had no door, only the shower and the toilet had doors. But we had no issue with that. All in all, our stay was just perfect, we can highly recommend this hotel and we will be happy to come back. Thank you!

호텔입구에도 카드키가 있어 보안도 상당히 괜찮고요.
근데 로비에 있는 직원, 대부분 괜찮았는데 빠글머리 여자 응대가 아주 개판이었습니다 ㅎㅎ
청소도 바닥에 있던 쓰레기가 그대로 있던 거 보니 제대로 한건지 만건지도 모르겠고.. :)
저는 절대 다시 방문할 것 같지 않지만 위치가 중요하신 분들에게는 고려할만한 선택지라고 생각합니다

Weird experience.

1. The room we got (217 i think) was so tiny we were unable to open a luggage. It was extremely dark inside and there was no air condition control or things like elctric kettle.

2. We were moved to another room which was definitely better which is nice (still dark, mind, if you don't like that).

3. Cleaning/room service is below the par. So they for 3 days straight toliet paper was not refilled or powdery mess on the table cleaned. No hair conitioner either (which i don't care about but it's to prove a point). Floor dirt was not cleaned etc.

4. Reception was nice but I don't understand putting guests in that ridiculously miniscule room as the hotel was not too busy.

5. Breakfasts are okay. Rather good quality and decent choice.

6. Breakfast stuff, especially Marta, deserve a pay raise. Great person and nice to talk to. If we ever come back to this hotel, it's only because of her (and hotel's location).

7. Location is indeed very good.

Overall, this was not a bad experience but I think with a little more attention to room service and not allocating the minuscule room with no space to guests it'd be a so much better.

Beautiful boutique hotel, fantastic location. Not a very big one, which is a plus! Excellent food, Marta from breakfast restaurant was lovely and all the people from reception area were amazing as well, a special shoutout to Nerea, she was very friendly and welcoming. I received a birthday surprise, which was unexpected and touching. 10/10 highly recommend

Soggiorniamo al Room mate Anna in una camera Standard, e purtroppo in una camera, che conferma le recensioni negative lette in precedenza, ovvero che non entra assolutamente la luce del sole, al primo piano si affaccia su una corte molto stretta e alta. Incredibile come sia possibile che questa cosa sia ritenuta accettabile ai limiti della vivibilità di un ambiente, in pratica si soggiorna in una grotta. Per capire semplicemente se quel giorno è soleggiato o nuvoloso dovrete uscire dall’hotel. Un altro punto, per noi, fortemente negativo è che nonostante (leggo dalle recensioni) in molti si lamentino del pavimento macchiato, soprattutto in bagno (vedi le foto) la struttura non si premura di trovare una soluzione. E' disgustoso, nonostante sostengano sia pulito. L’effetto che trasmette è quello di stare nel bagno di un area di servizio molto frequentata. La cosa che più di tutte mi spinge a scrivere questa recensione e in questi toni è la risposta ricevuta alla reception alle nostre osservanze: "Avete pagato per una camera Standard”. Nella descrizione delle camere sul sito dell’hotel si fa riferimento alla dimensione della camera e non certo alla mancanza di luce (dalle foto sul sito, tra le altre cose, nella camera standard è ben visibile la finestra che affaccia sulla strada, non come quella che ci hanno assegnato, n°103 per chiarezza nella recensione) o alle condizioni del pavimento (nemmeno nella più economica, ovviamente sarebbe accettabile). Detto questo, confermo anche che il design delle camere è originale, la camera ampia e il bagno comodo con una doccia molto grande e la posizione buona, facilmente raggiungibile da metro e autobus.

Suite à notre séjour dans l’établissement, notre carte de crédit a été piratée. (Seul endroit où nous l’avons utilisée).
Nous l’avons signalé à l’hôtel qui ne nous a même pas répondu. Faites attention si vous réglez par carte de crédit.

It’s our 5th time in Barcelona and Room mate Anna is a great choice every time! Location is very nice, stuff is very friendly and helpful, (Thanks Ruth and all reception stuff!) there is a bar upstairs so you can enjoy it too. Will come back for sure!

Very good location

Wir haben über Silvester 1 Woche in dem Hotel gewohnt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war nicht so groß, aber dafür im letzten Stock. Es gab nur ein paar Punkte, welche mich im Zimmer gestört haben:

1) Luft im Zimmer ist immer sehr schlecht. Jeden Morgen wenn ich aufgewacht bin, war mein Hals und meine Augen komplett ausgetrocknet.

2) Duschkopf ist komplett unbrauchbar.

3) Wasserdruck schlecht.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausgiebig. Wir waren immer schon um 08:30 Uhr dort und da war alles da.

Ich kann das Hotel ohne weiteres weiterempfehlen, für Leute die nicht so sensibel sind mit der Luft.
