Hotel ze świetną lokalizacją. Niestety dawno nie odświeżany. Pokoje małe, łóżka niezbyt wygodne, drzwi skrzypiące

Waren von Freitag bis Montag in diesem Hotel. Die Lage war gut. Den es konnten von verschiedenen Richtungen, besucht werden und war schnell gefunden. Wir assen nicht im Hotel. Dies auch weil es in der nähe und vis a vis, überall Kaffees oder kleine imbisse gab. Im Hotelzimmer, war es hellhörig, vorallem in der Nacht. Wissen nicht ob es das Personal war im innenhof. Im zimmer gab es alles, ausser ein Kühlschrank. Und das Wasser war nur für eine Nacht. Daher minus pünkte, den die heizungen und das Zimmer waren sehr warm. Das Zimmer war jeden Tag sehr sauber und jeden Tag gab es frische Tücher.

Recepción bastante mediocre, no informan medios de pago disponibles por adelantado y desconocen identificaciones oficiales que no sean el pasaporte.

Se vi danno fastidio i rumori sconsigliato assolutamente: le pareti sono sottilissime.
La posizione el'estetica sono i punti di forza dell'hotel.

Lati positivi dell'hotel:
-La posizione è centralissima, si gira praticamente tutto a piedi e si può tornare in hotel per riposarsi tra un giro e l'altro. Questo è l'aspetto più positivo in assoluto
-L'estetica dell'hotel Art Nouveau è unica ed è il secondo aspetto positivo
-Le camere sono sempre in stile, quella dove eravamo noi con vasca da bagno
-Staff gentile e solare
-all'arrivo in omaggio in camera una bottiglia d'acqua con due bicchieri
-Stanze pulitissime
-da metà mattina a disposizione nella hall acqua e limone gratis
-termosifoni che tengono la stanza decisamente ben riscaldata

Lati negativi
-La cassaforte è a pagamento e occorre fare attenzione perchè appena si inserisce la tessera si crea un codice che rimane tale per tutta la permanenza. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il codice ma in una giornata intera nonostante più passaggi in hotel durante lo stesso giorno il tecnico non poteva mai venire. Abbiamo risolto ma vi avvisiamo: usate la cassaforte solo se vi serve e state attenti al codice!
-Non presente cuffia doccia, no minifrigo, no pettine usa e getta, no spazzolino, no ciabatte, set di sapone shampoo ecc molto piccolo.MA tutto intorno è pieno di negpzi tra i quali un Carrefour in cui comprare tutto
-IL LATO PEGGIORE e il motivo per cui dò tre stelle alla camera riguarda i suoni: le pareti non insonorizzate e i muri sono sottili, per cui la piacevolezza del vostro soggiprno dipenderà in buona parte dall'educazione o maleducazione degli altri ospiti: la mattina si sentiva la sveglia della camera di fianco e ogni singola persona passante per il corridoio, uno degli ultimi giorni nella stanza di fianco avevamo dei ragazzi che cantavano a squarciagola. Qui o lo mettete in conto o comprate/portate da casa dei tappi per orecchie e sperate di avere vicini educati.
-ci sono momenti in cui il wifi salta e richiede la connessione,sono molto variabili di giorno in giorno. Ma non è una cosa che succede ogni 10 minuti, avviene una volta ogni ora o due a caso

Il prezzo è in linea con quello degli hotel della zona,ma alto considerando i lati negativi
Specifico che all'arrivo occorre pagare una tassa di soggiorno
Offrono la colazione ma costa molto in proporzione a cosa viene offerto e va confermata il giorno prima per il giorno dopo

I was nervous after booking when I found the reviews here, but I needn't have been, it seemed like a completely different hotel! Staff were welcoming, the room was clean, quiet, and comfy. The location is great. A really nice 3 star hotel.

Ótima localização. O quarto é espaçoso com bom banheiro.

Comfortable hotel just off La Rambla. Close to Plaza Catalunya and Boqueria Market. It has an ice machine!
Free bottle of water in the room with nice glasses. Heated drying rack for towels. Very nice front desk staff. There is a lovely front room with tub chairs, and a “library” on the third floor with desks and computers.
The only downside was the dodgy WiFi. Irritating, but not a dealbreaker. I would stay here again.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nouvel in Barcelona on two previous occasions, which had led me to develop a certain expectation of quality and comfort that the hotel provides. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, the room assigned to me did not meet these expectations, and I feel it’s important to share my experience for the hotel to take constructive feedback and for future guests to be aware.

Firstly, the condition of the bathroom was far from satisfactory. The bathtub exhibited significant signs of wear and tear, with visible rust and even holes present. Such conditions not only detract from the aesthetic appeal but also raise concerns about hygiene and safety.

Additionally, the room size was surprisingly restrictive. I understand that hotel room dimensions can vary greatly, but the space provided was so limited that it significantly impacted the comfort and ease of my stay. It was challenging to move around or use the room effectively, even for just one person.

Another concerning issue was the structural integrity of the bathroom ceiling. Whenever the main door was opened, it seemed to compromise the ceiling, causing dust to fall onto the toilet, bathtub, and surrounding areas. This not only posed a cleanliness issue but also a potential safety hazard.

I bring these issues to light not out of dissatisfaction but in hopes that they can be addressed for the betterment of future guests’ experiences. The Hotel Nouvel has always been a place I looked forward to staying at due to its charm and location. I hope that my feedback will contribute to improvements and that this experience will be an exception rather than a norm.

I remain hopeful about the hotel addressing these concerns and look forward to seeing improvements that align with the high standards I know the Hotel Nouvel can achieve.

가장 저렴한 방을 써서 어쩔 수 없지만 방이 작고 냉장고, 커피포트가 없어요..ㅠ 그래도 위치가 진짜 너무 좋았기 때문에 ㅎㅎ 잘 머물고 갑니다. 겨울이어도 전 하나도 안 추웠어요. 근데 중앙난방으로 돌아가는 것 같아요.
