Stanza al limite del basic: assenza bollitore/macchina caffè, letto scomodo(materasso a molle), rumorosa e assenza acqua potabile.
Al check-in ci hanno assegnato una stanza differente da quella selezionate in fase di prenotazione (foto ingannevoli).
Prezzo molto alto rispetto a quanto offerto.
Unico punto positivo posizione strategica.
Metró nagyon közel van, minden nevezetesség könnyen elérhető.
Kedvesek a recepciósok, elutazáskor megőrzik a bőröndöket, nyugodtan lehet még várost nézni????
A reggeli bőséges, ha rövidebb időre maradsz, még változatos is????
Kellemes, komfortos szobánk volt, 3 személy is kényelmesen elfért.
Ha legközelebb jövünk Barcelonába, biztosan itt fogunk megszállni❤️
I prezzi sono alti per quello che offrono.
He told me off for checking in at night (I literally had nowhere else to go and had to work in the morning, so I explained him that).
He was very rude and when I met him again the next day, he gave me a hard time again (!) and gave me an attitude about having to pay for the remaining night, which I was fine with.
So he really didn't have to nag and be that aggressive, especially after I told him I had had an emergency. His colleague was there too and I told him that is not the way you talk to a guest, and all he had to say is: "We're not the owners of the hotel". So you only have to be polite if you're the owner?! I have no words, worst treatment ever and the area is very sketchy and not safe at night.
A horrible experience.
