A modern and friendly youth hostel located in the heart of the city. Dormitories with individual lighting, bedside table and locker. Good atmosphere in the large common room where you can get to know young people from all walks of life. The hostel organizes all kinds of events to facilitate meetings: welcome meeting, bar tours... And when the sun comes out, paella evenings on its large terrace!

I mean, we were eager to set out on adventures so it didn't really do us much, but if I was staying longer I would have asked for another, better ventilated, room.
Morning time of reserved day, all of the sudden SafeStay debited an amount of money from my bank account without my permission.
I asked for refund but the back office said it could only be cancelled 24 hours before staying date.
They had never given any reminder over this stay, no reservation/booking details available on my account in their website, how could I cancel it?!
I paid fully for nothing!
All reviews over stolen stuff are totally correct! They are all well-structured robbers!
I would never stay in their hotel my whole life! Better to rethink this hostel name, owner? IT'S NOT SAFE AT ALL!!!
