Youth hostel with good value for money in the Barri Gòtic, in the historic centre of Barcelona.

This beautiful 19th century building has an impressive central courtyard with Italian arches. The rooms are simple but modern and clean. Advantages: it is very well located, in the Gòtic district, but it is still quite quiet and the staff is friendly and warm. Some rooms have a private bathroom: ask about it when you book. However, there is no elevator or air conditioning. Good value for money.

Excelente relación precio calidad! Paramos en una habitación triple, amplia, limpia, con baño cómodo. Muy buena atención, amables tanto el dueño como los empleados. Tienen un espacio con mesitas, microondas, vajilla y pava eléctrica donde se puede desayunar o comer cuando gustes. Ubicado en una zona con mucho movimiento y ambiente.

Es un horno que no se puede apagar, calefacción central continuamente sin posibilidad de apagar el radiador. Lo comente ( el recepcionista era simpático)y no hay posibilidades de apagarlo (caldera central y radiador sin llave de paso para apagarlo). Me recomiendan que abra las ventanas que dan al patio interior ( y a la puerta de entrada) y se escucha todo el jaleo de la calle. Ahora son las 2 am del sábado y no hay silencio nunca y de vez en cuando gritos y carcajadas, la gente que entra y sale del hostal …a ver quién duerme… y pague 125€ para eso.

No llega el 4G, y de los 3 wifi, uno la contraseña no va y los otros 2 a mi habitación llegan mal.

I am enjoying my stay Rooms are simple and very clean. Close to everything. Save the 100 dollars per night. And spend it on fun. Very quiet too, will definitely stay again.
