Alojamiento fantástico en Barcelona con enfoque ecológico, con productos de proximidad y con un servicio de guía turístico que te adentra y te enseña la verdadera esencia de Barcelona.
Estos apartamentos se alejan de las excentridades de los hoteles pero cuentan con grandes comodidades, muy espaciosos y con una camas de ensueño donde la pulcritud de las mismas es la base del servicio.
Sin duda repetiremos.
Quedamos encantados con la amabilidad de Sandro y sus grandes explicaciones.

The coolest apartment in Barcelona. Just returned from our yearly stay in Casa C. As ever Mari could not be more helpful and welcoming. The apartments are clean, light and well appointed. Bedding pristine and spotless on the spacious comfortable beds. Such a homely and comfortable place to come back to after a long day out exploring Barcelona, it’s almost a shame to have such a cool pad and yet hardly spend any time in it ! ;-) Andy

This is such an amazing place to stay in Barcelona. Mari is such a great hostess, she really cares for her guests and she is really helpful. Yök casa + cultura is definitely THE PLACE to stay while in BCN.

We stayed here for 2 nights in Casa B and were thoroughly impressed with the quality, location and service. The apartments have been very tastefully renovated and are equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Location is ideal, close to everything you'd want to see and Sandro our host could not have been more helpful with advice and guidance on making the most of our visit. Would absolutely return again!

Way overpriced!! You pay 4-5 hotel prices and get a barebones airbnb experience. I would have given it 2 stars but decided to give an extra star to Sandro and Isabel, who really try to go above and beyond to compensate the acommodation shortcomings. So what's missing? Let's start with a proper closet, carpets, fully functioning AC, and sound proof windows. They don't offer any of that! So you have a half working "eco-friendly" AC (In Barcelona's sweltering heat, this was unacceptable), paper thin windows and with all the party noise and the fact that the 3 apartments they rent are so close to the street on the 3rd floor, we could never get a good night's sleep. The rooms are decent sized so its beyond me why we could not built proper closets. We just got a few hangers on a wall so the entire time, the apartment looked like a mess. Lastly, the building is super run down and dirty. One night, we even found marihuana joints on the lobby floor. To top it off, there is a student hostel operation in the floor above us, which Yok failed to disclose, so you get the nice student party noises all night long. We were puzzled since we had read such excelent reviews but we now wonder whether 5 star reviews were written by actual guests. Lesson learnt: at this budget we'll be checking into a proper hotel next time.

A wonderful place to stay in Barcelone! I can only recommend it, for business trips, weekend trips, but also for any other occasion. The location is absolutely great, right in between two very interesting neighborhoods. Easily accessible from the airport, walking distance from the old town and most of Barcelona‘s sights. We were staying in Casa B. I liked the combination of historic, vintage, upcycled but also modern minimalistic style of the apartment. It was very clean and bright. The noise on the main street was sometimes a bit loud during the night, but we weren‘t bothered so much. A really great plus is the fresh, filtered drinking water we received everyday, delivered to our door. It is a professionally managed business, but in a very familial and personal way. There was always someone around for assistance or questions. The office on the top floor of the building was also worth a visit. We would definitely stay here again!

Un lugar único en el centro de Barcelona. Para una amante del diseño es un placer encontrar un alojamiento diseñado con tanto gusto, tan elegante y que sea sostenible.
Me he alojado con mi marido y mis hijos pequeños en la casa B y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Quiero destacar el trato tan cercano de los hosts y todas las recomendaciones locales que nos han hecho.
Sin duda, un lugar increíble al que volveremos seguro.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 8. No issues with the lift. We could walk to everything from the sea to the Sagrada Familia with plenty of stops for Tapas in between. Hospitality by Mari, Isabella and Sandro was excellent. I appreciate the pre-arrival communications too.

We stayed five wonderful days in this lovely apartment. It is a charming space with lots of natural light and vintage architectural details like mosaic floors and stained glass. However it also had wonderful modern conveniences like an ensuite bathroom for each of its four rooms and keyless entry. The hosts were super attentive and provided recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The location is also excellent for exploring Barcelona—close to the old Gothic city and also the lively up and coming Born neighborhood. Highly recommend. Also great for UK and North American travellers. The hosts communicate fluently in English.

Yök is a wonderful place to stay in Barcellona! Perfect location to reach the main attractions. Very cosy place. Any detail of the apartment is special. In each room there is a lot of light. The bathroom is big and with each comfort. We loved Our stay in Barcellona and one of the main reason is yök!

Krásný apartmán v centru Barcelony. Vše čisté, velice příjemné s krásným výhledem a balkónem. Domluva s paní majitelkou super! Vše bez problémů. Velké plus je i lokace, jen par kroků od apartmánu se nachází park de la Ciutadella, hned pod apartmánem 2 restaurace a pár bloků je i obchodní ulice! Pobyt jsme si moc užili a děkujeme.

C'était vraiment super, l'appartement est très propre, spacieux, près de tout et le personnel est toujours aux petits soins ! Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Yök est un endroit superbe, agréable et parfaitement situé.
Nous avons été très sensibles à la déco mais surtout aux valeurs qui sont défendues chez Yök. Les meubles recyclés, les matériaux utilisés, la provenance de proximité des produits, le souci du durable, le traitement de l’eau, tout ça dans dans le haut game !!
Bref, chapeau à cet endroit que je recommande vivement !
Mari nous a très chaleureusement accueilli et nous a fait de parfaites recommandations.
Mention spéciale pour cette très bonne literie qui nous a fait dormir comme des loirs !

Un lugar ideal para hospedarse en Barcelona. Excelente ubicación, los apartamentos combinan a la perfección diseño y comodidad y el trato es inmejorable. Maria, la chica que nos recibió, es encantadora. Volveremos! Todo excellent.

Appartement magnifique, typique barcelonais + décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Mari (la gérante) et son équipe sont adorables, très accueillants et serviables. Ils connaissent Barcelone sous tous ses aspects ce qui rend l’expérience d’autant plus agréable. Encore merci Yok pour ce merveilleux et luxueux séjour passé chez vous.

Great location but elevator does not work and reception is on the 8th floor!!! There is a low budget youth hostel in the house that makes this place pretty roudy and noisy at night. One night someone even vomited into the elevator that was surprisingly working that time... I assume that the hotel is now run by a different group since my stay did not at all resemble the good reviews that this hotel has on tripadvisor or google review. Woud not come back but it was not horrible either.

Very sad to say it is not what it used to be. I stayed here a few years ago and back then it has a clean, decent eco-friendly space with friendly staff. This time around everything seemed to have deteriorated. Stained and wobbly mattress. Aged and moldy bathrooms. Worst of all, there was no hot water during my entire stay. The staff was completely unresponsive the first few days and when they finally got a plumber in they said it would require a few more days to get it fixed. By then I had already left and will definitely not be returning!

We felt at home, staying in a beautiful Barcelona apartment that combines history with modern amenities and eco friendly attitude. Mari and Sandro made us feel very welcome, giving us many tips about the city and caring for us during our stay.The location is also great, next to the old city centre but very close to bus stops, supermarkets etc that made it easy for us to organise our activities, especially travelling with two small children.

Los anfitriones son amables y atentos en todo momento ofreciéndote ayuda y consejo para todo lo que necesites y además Sandro tanto al llegar como al irnos nos invitó a un café en la terraza del edificio de la última planta con unas vistas increíbles. Sin duda 100% recomendable.
