Cosy and design apartments for a stay in the heart of Barcelona.

Specializing in rentals for tourist stays, but also stays from one month (students, work), AinB offers a very wide selection of apartments ideally located throughout the city (Gothic Quarter, Eixample, Sants, Sagrada Familia). All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen for 2 to 6 people, as well as parking spaces in the building or 5 minutes away from the apartment. Flexible on arrival times, the check-in can be done directly at the reception or via an automatic system.

Owner's Message AINB APARTMENTS

AinB – Your Apartments in Barcelona opened its doors for the first time in 2002, with only two buildings located in the heart of the city, in The Born neighbourhood. At that moment, Barcelona was halfway to becoming the top tourist destinations in the world it is today.

Year after year our guests have stepped once and again the threshold of our apartments. Now, after a decade of enthusiastic hard work, we are very proud to welcome our guests in twelve different buildings, made up of over 150 apartments, which are located in the central area of Barcelona: Gótico, Las Ramblas, Born, Eixample... Offering the best quality service and taking care of our customers’ needs (assistance available 24 h a day) are our top priorities.

What started off as a family business has grown into a real chain of tourist apartments, leading to an increase in the number of employees. Still, nothing has been lost of the warmth and familiarity that brings together the members of our team, whose greatest goal is to make their guests feel at home.

The powerful Catalan cultural background of the founder of AinB has left its mark on the decoration of the apartments, as their inspiration has always come from the city’s cultural legacy. When entering the apartments you will easily notice high quality design, along with a strong evidence of the original atmosphere of the old city of Barcelona without losing the modern and cosmopolite air that Barcelona breaths in this day and age.
