Bar with terrace in Barcelona offering tapas and vermouth.

A classic from La Barceloneta to share tapas in a joyful atmosphere! Since 1955, this picturesque bar has been the ideal place to enjoy tigers (mussels au gratin with béchamel sauce), prawns, fried artichokes, txocos (small squids), or even bacalao buñuelos (cod fritters). Outside, the small terrace is perfect for vermouth time. Be careful, the place is very busy and you will probably have to stand up. You can also try your luck at number 9 on the same street, where the Jai-Ca has opened an annex.

Les Tapas à Messi
Bar à Tapas de quartier, on dit qu'on y voit le footballeur MESSI. Je comprends on est en famille dans ce resto. Les Tapas sont fantastiques surtout aux fruits de mer. La Bombas est super bonne. J'y retourne à chaque séjours à Barcelone

Petit bar à tapas très typique, y aller assez tôt car très vite rempli ! on peut manger au comptoir. Tapas maison de qualité avec ses spécialités maison.
Les patatas bravas sauces épicées parfaites.
Une réussite.
Le vermouth maison était très bien.

On y trouve tout simplement la meilleure tortilla de Barcelone. Accompagné d'un petit verre pas cher, on passe un agréable moment au milieu des locaux et des touristes. Parfois un peu d'attente, mais cela en vaut la peine. Pour avoir essayé les deux adresses, je préfère l'établissement original plus authentique.
