Disfrutar is the project brought to fruition by three chefs from the team at the prestigious El Bulli restaurant. Eduard Xatruch, Oriol Castro and Mateu Casañas created this establishment in 2014, located a stone's throw from the Ninot market, and offer avant-garde cuisine with strong Mediterranean accents. Tantalize your taste buds with bold, captivating dishes, offered in a tasting menu that's full of emotion!
