Catalan cuisine from chef Nandu Jubany to be tasted in a chic restaurant in Barcelona.

The Catalan chef Carles Gaig, with a fine reputation, has taken over from Nandu Jubany at the stoves of this restaurant. In an elegant room that invites you to relax, Petit Comité invites you to travel through the flavors of Catalonia, revisited with delicacy. We recommend the cannelloni with truffle cream, which is one of the chef's specialties, but also the shrimp carpaccio with a touch of soy, or the foie gras and caramelized apple puff pastry from Nandu. The menu changes with the seasons and relies on local products.
