Excellent tapas bar and restaurant of Basque cuisine in Barcelona.

The tapas of the Basque Country have long enjoyed an excellent reputation. As proof, this establishment is always full. Located just a stone's throw from the Picasso Museum, it functions as a cultural center, tapas bar and restaurant. As in an authentic Basque tavern, the counter displays a wide range of pintxos (tapas on bread), which you can eat with a glass of txakoli in your hand. In the restaurant part, many Basque specialities, of which the cod with the sauce pil pil. Touristy, but good atmosphere around the bar.

Des pintxos basques
Une ambiance terrible, beaucoup de monde, mais surtout une multitude de pintxos aussi bonnes les une des autres. En plus des pintxos dans les comptoirs, des serveurs passent régulièrement pour nous en offrir d'autres fraîchement fait. Une expérience inoubliable.

Accueil plus qu'approximatif, bruyant, tapas de qualité plus que moyenne, pratiques de vente limite douteuses. Très médiocre pour un prix relativement élevé pour la qualité présentée. Dommage.

Ambiance et cadre sympathique. Les tapas proposés sont d'une excellente qualité et sont un vrai régal. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Une étape indispensable pour une petite pause gustative basque dans un quartier charmant.
