It was originally built in the 19th century to accommodate trains from France, before being remodelled for the 1929 International Exhibition. Beautifully decorated with Art Deco motifs, it is located on Avenida del Marquès de l'Argentera, halfway between the Born district and the seafront. Today, only a few regional lines of the Rodalies and Media Distancia trains continue to stop there.
