Hotel built for the inauguration of the Suez Canal, located at the foot of the Pyramids, with Cairo's largest swimming pool,
Mythical hotel in Cairo. Great luxury in an oriental setting at the foot of the pyramids, and the largest swimming pool in Cairo. It's far away, but it's a calculated choice. Nevertheless, you should stay in the palace, not in the garden rooms. It was built for the inauguration of the Suez Canal, so that Khedive Ismail could welcome his guests, including Empress Eugenie. There are four restaurants and two lounges. The hotel has an 18-hole golf course, an outdoor swimming pool and fitness room, as well as a spa.

Très bel hôtel, depuis lequel on peut voir les Pyramides, mais également du restaurant. Celui-ci est délicieux, avec un assortiment de mezzés chauds et froids à tomber. Très copieux et pas excessif, surtout avec la vue.

Very nice hotel with breathtaking view of the pyramids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast meets everyone's tastes, with pastries worthy of a French baker (and yet it is not French!).

Hotel de luxe dont la localisation laisse rêveur. Littéralement au pied des pyramides, on peut difficilement faire mieux. Les chambres avec vue sont donc impérativement à privilégier même si on peut également admirer depuis la piscine. Egalement suffisamment éloigné du centre ville pour se sentir plus au calme.
