Restaurant in the basement, dark but warm. Vintage decor and French-speaking discography. We eat very good meats, cooked almost like in France. The restaurant is run by the former French chef, French, from the French Institute of Egypt. The desserts are good. In short, one of the best addresses for those who are tired of Egyptian cuisine. It is also one of the few establishments that do not raise eyebrows when you ask for a steak cooked to perfection (a dangerous heresy for Egyptian palates).
