The city's central market has colorful and fragrant spice and fresh vegetable stands.
The central market of the city is pleasant to visit, it is so to speak the only attraction of Chake Chake, not at all open to tourists, which makes it more authentic. We slalom between the stalls of spices and fresh vegetables, high in color and scent with potentially a local guide who will give us more explanations. Logically, it is much smaller than the one in Stone Town, with its lot of local scooters parked in rows, little old men chatting and locals doing their shopping.

marché très typique avec des produits de qualités mais le problèmes c'est que les vendeurs pour donneront des prix prohibitifs ( moins chers dans les épiceries tenus par des Indiens) et vous serez importunés par les mendiants...Domage.
