Zula Zanzibar is a trendy new address in the heart of Pajé, right on the beach, and surprisingly inexpensive for what it has to offer. The 32 air-conditioned rooms are on the ground or second floor, all with terraces, some with pool and sea views. The main attraction is the swimming pool with its whirlpool bath, and a small, Instagrammable plexiglass pool above the trendy Moto Moto restaurant. We love its postcard palm trees, beach bar and beach-facing sofas. Superb, affordable spa.

We have no doubt that our little resort is the best located in Paje, Zanzibar, Tanzania. It is located on the beachfront and has a swimming pool, air-conditioned rooms and free WIFI. The tides, which bring refreshing winds, make Zula a perfect getaway for a relaxing yet thrilling holiday. We have a private beach strip for ultimate relaxation.

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived and was given a tour of the hotel grounds whilst our room was being made ready.
The grounds are stunning and the location is ideal. Right on the beachfront and a 10 minute walk to Paje town.
The staff were always attentive and provided impeccable service. Special mention to Rizo and Raphael at the bar/restaurant. Breakfast was good, and the bar/restaurant was very competively priced.
I would definitely stay again and pay a little extra for a pool/sea view room as you get a lovely cooling breeze.
