This store is a great showcase for the homonymous domain, run by Damien and Nicolas Sohler, with no less than 29 hectares of vines producing all seven Alsatian grape varieties. On the spot, the tasting will allow you to choose your favorite bottle or bottles. In particular a Crémant Riesling stamped with 2 stars in the Guide Hachette des Vins 2023. The store also offers a nice assortment of local products: baeckaeoffe or kougelhopf mussels, glassware, sommelier boxes, board games around wine and gastronomy.
