Jean, Pierre and their dad, together with winegrower Jean-Paul Schmitt, built this bioclimatic winery, the largest straw building in Europe (100 tons of straw). Backed up by their loyal team, this brotherly duo, one in the cellar and vineyards and the other in sales, complement each other perfectly! Achillée stands out for its originality and its unique wines, whose bottles are adorned with labels that are instantly recognizable. We particularly like the Crémant Zéro Dosage: deep yellow with pink nuances, very limpid, with a persistent, fine mousse.
