The Robert Haag estate has many years of history behind it, as its owners have passed on the family know-how from generation to generation since the 18th century! François Haag cultivates the 7 Alsatian grape varieties, with a predilection for Riesling which covers more than 50% of the planted surface of the domain. François offers 3 cuvées of Riesling: Rittersberg, Vieilles Vignes, Appellation Communale Scherwiller. We also appreciate his Pinot Noir 2019 from a maceration of destemmed berries, stamped with a star in the Guide Hachette des Vins 2022.
