The campsite consists of several bungalows of different sizes and standards in Karatu.
It comprises a number of well-equipped bungalows, each of a different size and standard. They are cosy, with quality fabrics, in a rustic safari style. A restaurant, a bar, a souvenir store and a vast, beautiful and refreshing swimming pool topped by an elephant sculpture complete the decor, tropicalized by a beautiful garden and impeccable lawn. Good overall service and excellent food. Thanks to its location in Karatu, safari options in the surrounding area are plentiful.

Die Lodges verfügen leider weder über Safe noch über Klimaanlage.
Sauber waren sie aber.
Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich.
Besonders im Restaurant wollen die Kellner gefallen, in dem sie ein paar Sätze deutsch mit einem sprechen.
Essen schmeckte uns gut, man kann es sich aber nicht wie ein Buffet in Deutschland von der Auswahl her vorstellen, jedoch völlig ausreichend.
Die Lunchpakete haben uns nicht so gut gefallen. (Wurden vorher gefragt, ob wir etwas nicht mögen oder vertragen, habe gesagt einmal ohne Rindfleisch bitte, war dann ersatzlos nichts anderes in der Box).
Was uns zu aufdringlich war, war das Gedrängel um das Gepäck um Trinkgeld abzugreifen, haben wir bei der Abreise auch verweigert.
