The Marriott Amman offers luxurious rooms that meet the standards of its category and American taste. It is very business oriented as it is very close to the Shmeisani business district, near a noisy artery, but the rooms are well soundproofed and offer a superb view of the suburbs of the capital. The rooms have a small sitting area equipped with armchairs and 80's style floral carpeting. The "Empire" style entrance hall contrasts with the modernity of the building and the rooms. We really like the cosy atmosphere of the bar.

The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Amman, on the lively King Faysal Street, less than 10 minutes walk from the Citadel. This is a great place to visit the capital and its ancient sites. The rooms are all designed with an arty concept in mind and are original, modern and spacious. They are decorated with striking wallpaper or artists' works, but without ever causing visual overload. The terrace and the dining room offer a beautiful view of the lively neighbourhood. Be careful though, the rooms on the lower floors are noisy.

You're right in the heart of the action in this historic district, considered Amman's artistic and cultural center. The rooms are very comfortable and above all very bright, all with large windows. The hotel is new and modern, so you can be sure of every comfort. The breakfast served in the restaurant is copious and delicious. You won't be disappointed.

Located in the business district of Al Abdali, the Amman Rotana Hotel does not go unnoticed. This new hotel offers splendor and modern extravagance to travelers. The first hotel to be housed in a skyscraper, it offers 412 lavish rooms and suites spread over 50 floors. All the rooms have picture windows offering a remarkable view of the city and there are all the facilities required for a hotel of this standing, including a swimming pool and several dining areas. It is somewhat impersonal, but very qualitative.

The elegance of the Four Seasons chain and the quality of its services make this hotel one of the best in the city, but also one of the most expensive. Excellence comes at a price, which makes it a bit of a disadvantage compared to other hotels in its category, which are more "affordable" and yet very luxurious. At this level nothing is left to chance: gigantic rooms with luxurious contemporary furniture, high quality buffets, numerous restaurants, various lounges, spa and indoor/outdoor pools with views of the city, sauna. The only drawback is that it is a bit out of the way.

The location is without charm but perfect for a stopover in Amman at affordable prices. Located in a quiet and green area close to the bus station of Abdali and the low town, this modern building renovated for the first time in 1998, and recently in 2017, offers single rooms and renovated en suite bathrooms. However, check the cleanliness of sheets and blankets, and ask to change if needed. Garden, pleasant, parking. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has an elegant look with its stylish furniture, pleated satin curtains, mouldings and fake parquet floors. It offers its guests rooms equipped with kitchenette and dining area. They are therefore rather intended for a business clientele or for a long stay. The decoration is what one could call "American style", opting for functional and solid furniture rather than aesthetic. The hotel includes a pub and access to the fitness club, which is just a few steps away.

The Grand Hyatt is one of the most expensive hotels in the capital, but it has the sophistication of a design hotel. Lounge terrace, design bar and trendy club (JJ's). Its central location (between lower city and Shmeisani on the^3rd circle), its many restaurants (Asian, Italian, buffets) or its fitness center (swimming pool, sauna, jaccuzzi, gym) make it very attractive for tourists. The view of the great mosque from the outdoor pools is incredible. The elegant rooms with huge beds are very well equipped.

It's hard not to notice this high cylinder with its original curves that dominates the 3rd Circle and that serves as a landmark for the whole city because it's so gigantic. However, the atmosphere is not always very lively in this huge and slightly overrated vessel. The 286 luxuriously equipped rooms (making it one of the largest hotels in the city) offer a breathtaking view of the lower city. Hotel residents can take advantage of the sauna, a whirlpool and two pools to their heart's content, as well as a number of restaurants. The service is attentive.

This small hotel located below the^2nd circle on a very quiet street allows you to enjoy the nightlife of Rainbow Street without having to suffer the consequences. The accommodation consists of small suites with a living room equipped with a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning and one or more bedrooms depending on the size. The modern and elegant decoration, from the rooms to the common areas, will not fail to seduce you. Breakfast is served in your room. The hotel has wifi and a car park.

This newly built hostel is located just a few steps away from Rainbow Street, the restaurant street of old Amman. Inside, modern and colourful spaces, a young atmosphere and helpful staff await you. The rooms are decorated with furniture made of recycled materials, comfortable and well equipped (WiFi, hot water, heating, TV...). But their price remains a bit high for the service. On the other hand, nothing to say about the very cheap dormitories. You will find the traditional manakish on the breakfast table.

The Emirati hotel chain Rotana doesn't do things by halves: the luxury apartments (from studios to 4-bedroom penthouses with private pools) are spacious, tastefully decorated in white tones contrasting with dark wood, with all the comforts you need. The two restaurants Café Italia and Café Margaux have a terrace with a view. The establishment has indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, a spa... And the rates remain reasonable.

You can't find a better location than this hotel if you dream of falling asleep facing the Roman amphitheatre. It's right across the street. This also means that you will be subjected to traffic noise, as the main artery of the city centre passes under the hotel's windows. Although the cleanliness sometimes leaves something to be desired, the rooms are still very decent and have a pleasant size. However, some of them could do with a fresh coat of paint. Despite its faded appearance, the hotel offers good value for money.

Thair Majed took over this establishment in 2017, giving it a complete renovation. As a result, the address has become one of the best deals in the old city, thanks to its very studied rates. Located on the heights of Jebel Al-Weibdeh in a small street, not very busy, you are only a stone's throw from the lower town and its traditional stores. The warm welcome of the owner and the friendly staff are part of the strong points of the establishment, as well as the tasteful decoration. The comfortable rooms are air-conditioned.

This small hotel with only 30 rooms has many advantages. With its very central location, between the Hussein Mosque and the Roman Amphitheatre, you have easy access to the main sites to visit in Amman and to restaurants. The hotel's tasteful decor, beautifully decorated common areas with antique furniture and knick-knacks and friendly staff make it a pleasant stopover. The rooms on the street are equipped with double glazing and all enjoy the same attention to detail as the rest of the hotel. A real bargain.
