For the time being, the French airline serves Amman with a direct flight twice a week, operated by its low-cost version Transavia. The Tuesday flight departs from Orly at 10am and arrives in Amman at 4:45pm. The Saturday flight also departs from Paris-Orly at 11.50am and arrives at 6.35pm. The return flights take place on the same days. The Tuesday flight leaves Amman at 17:45 and arrives at Paris-Orly at 21:00; the Saturday flight leaves Amman at 19:35 and arrives at Orly at 22:50. While the fares are reasonable, you will have to pay extra for any checked baggage.
