A fascinating 20-metre-long embroidered wallpaper illustrating the lives of Estonian Swedes.

The Aibolands Museum is dedicated to the history and culture of the Estonian Swedes who left their mark on the Haapsalu region. One of the exhibits is a fascinating 20m long embroidered wallpaper illustrating the life of the Estonian Swedes. Very interesting! Good to know: several traditional Estonian-Swedish wooden boats have been built and are on display near the museum, so don't miss them! Many animations are also organized in summer.
