Good prices for this hotel located in the city centre, the rooms have basic comfort and a decoration without embellishment but it remains a good address for a stopover in the city. The restaurant is oriented towards Russian specialities such as caviar and cabbage soup.

You say that the inn is located in the city centre which is not the case! Arriving from the bus station I will have plenty pû to take a taxi.

Then this inn does not have showers, nor hot water. The welcome is done in Russian
