This institute was created in 1992 to promote exchanges between France and Estonia in the fields of the French language, science, education, higher education and culture. The Institute offers French courses throughout the year, for children, teenagers, adults and professionals. It also organizes French cultural events, such as concerts, film screenings and exhibitions.
