If you want to taste the Chinese cuisine of Nanyang, the South Pacific, with flavours from Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, you have to go to this small neighbourhood kitchen. Attended by regulars and a few tourists passing through, one quickly feels at ease there: ideal for chatting with the locals. In addition to tempting curries, the speciality is bak kut teh, a delicious pork soup seasoned with herbs and spices. A real treat!
