Despite its frenetic night-time market, Keelung is not exactly a festive town. Bars are rare, but fortunately the Just Live Inn Hotel has opened a lounge on the ground floor of the hotel. During the day, it serves fresh coffee and juice, and after dark, young guests gather there for a beer. On weekends, Taipei's clientele is large, and evenings can be electric.
