Mu Ko Surin National Marine Park is located in an isolated archipelago 55 km west of the Thai coast, comprising five islands: Ko Surin Nuea, Ko Surin Tai, Ko Ri (Ko Stock), Ko Khai (Ko Torinla) and Ko Klang (Ko Pajumba). This relatively unspoilt archipelago offers almost deserted paradise beaches and wonderful diving spots. Diving cruises, with specially equipped boats and experienced professionals, are the best solution. These programs are organized from Khao Lak or Phuket. For those wishing to get there on their own, the first port of call is Khuraburi, some 100 km south of Ranong. Buses make the 1h30 journey, and the Ngan Yong pier is 6 km from the town center.
