WAT PHRATHAT PHA NGAO

Even if it offers only a secondary interest at the architectural level, from its terrace, the view embraces a beautiful panorama of the Mekong Valley. It is easy to get there by motorbike or bicycle, for the sporty ones. The chedi is of monumental dimensions: it is entirely covered with white mosaics and seen from afar, it seems immaculate under the effect of light. On the hillside, other temples are installed and deserve a visit in passing: in particular an old chedi dating back a thousand years, having resisted until then.
