Since 2022, Combronde has finally had its own cheese dairy, opened by Antoine. Originally from a neighboring village, he spent a year training on woofing farms, a cheese tour of France that prepared him for his new activity. With his partner, who joined him in the adventure, they share a passion for local produce and good living. They offer their own creations, such as an original and tasty Brie filled with black olives and dried tomatoes. The store also showcases local products, and produces magnificent cheese and charcuterie platters.
