The museum provides an insight into the arts and crafts of the Sukhothai Empire. It displays objects found during excavations carried out on site or in the surrounding province. On display are Khmer statues, Sukhothai Buddhas and other ancient objects. Its visit complements that of the site, and will delight history and archaeology enthusiasts. It can, however, lead to an overdose of Buddha statues, especially after the historical park.
