Read moreThe cooking school of the famous restaurant Blue Elephant is an institution in Thailand with an excellent reputation. Morning classes (preferred) start with a visit to the Bang Rak market to discover the products. Then the group meets at the school for theoretical and practical lessons. Each student has his or her own work surface in the spacious kitchen to prepare his or her dishes after a demonstration. A very good idea.
