The cooking school of the famous restaurant Blue Elephant is an institution in Thailand with an excellent reputation. Morning classes (preferred) start with a visit to the Bang Rak market to discover the products. Then the group meets at the school for theoretical and practical lessons. Each student has his or her own work surface in the spacious kitchen to prepare his or her dishes after a demonstration. A very good idea.

Située dans une ancienne maison d'époque, cette école de cuisine se veut haut de gamme. C'est le cas, car la cuisine est fraîche et raffinée et le staff est aux petits soins. La formule complète comprend repas + animation mais cela reste très cher pour la Thailande. Aussi si vous savez plus ou moins cuisiner Thaï, ce n'est peut être pas la peine d'y aller, sinon ça peut être une très bonne expérience
