Take the first elevator to the lobby on the ^23rd floor, then another to the ^55th floor. Walk up one floor and take the last tiny elevator. Up there, a small, round bar with a 360° view, a DJ and delicious but relatively expensive champagne cocktails.

But our favorite is ToT! With humor and realism, it advertises itself as a place for teenagers and useless thirtysomethings in the midst of an existential crisis!
