The boutique is located on the first floor of the 17th-century Grandseigne town house, and its cellars, dug out of volcanic tufa. On several levels, they reveal Gallo-Roman remains, including an underfloor heating system and ancient iceboxes for preserving foodstuffs. On the wine side, almost 600 references, including vintages from Languedoc, Bordeaux and Côtes d'Auvergne, are stored in optimal conditions. Great vintages, confidential appellations, spirits and liqueurs are also on offer.
