Lilian Martin, a specialist in wines and spirits, offers a wide selection of wines in his cellar... and that's saying something: there are over 700 references! If you can't find a wine to suit your palate, it's because you're not trying! Spirits also feature prominently. Lovers will find a wide range of rums, eaux-de-vie, artisanal liqueurs... Don't know anything about spirits? Don't worry, just let the professional sommelier guide you. There's no old vaulted cellar here, but an ultra-modern cellar behind an industrial glass roof.
