NoLo Spirit is based on a simple concept. The idea is to enable everyone to enjoy quality drinks without the effects of alcohol.

Whether for reasons of health, lifestyle, religion or personal preference, the Clermont-Ferrand-based winery meets a broad demand by offering products carefully selected for their flavors and originality.

It's both a festive alternative and a convivial place, where the pleasure remains intact.

" Our project was born during a break from work, when we became aware of the omnipresence of alcoholic aperitifs and the numerous requests for them. We realized that we were missing an alternative, a space where we could preserve the pleasure of getting together and sharing, without the harm of alcohol. At the time, this didn't exist in our conurbation, so we decided to fill the gap.

What does it involve?

The wine dealcoholization process is a technical feat that preserves natural aromas while removing alcohol.

Thanks to methods such as vacuum evaporation or reverse osmosis, these wines retain all their aromatic richness.

Vacuum evaporation is a technique used to remove alcohol from wine by lowering its boiling point through pressure reduction.

Alcohol-free beer has also found its place in the NoLo Spirit range.

Thanks to specially-adapted fermentation techniques, these beers retain their malty, hoppy character without containing more than 0.5% alcohol per liter.

From light blondes to full-bodied browns, these beers will delight connoisseurs, while allowing for healthier, more moderate consumption.

"Today, we welcome all those who are sensitive to the non-alcoholic approach, whether pregnant women, sports enthusiasts, or simply people who, for one reason or another, choose to say no to alcohol", adds the co-manager.

we also work with winemakers who specialize in the production of alcohol-free wines, such as Coralie de Boüard, who produces Prince Oscar, an alcohol-free red wine from the Saint Émilion region.
