Just a few steps from the Halle gourmande Saint-Pierre, in the small rue de la Boucherie, the smells mingle and complement each other, without neutralizing each other. Our olfactory senses are on alert: the Brûlerie quickly stands out. Sylvain Denis is at the head of the place and manages with a master hand this paradise of the grain to grind. Coffee, tea, infusion, rooibos, mate or chocolate, everything is to be tested and enjoyed. The coffees come from all over the world: Dominican Republic, Rwanda or even India.
