PARC SAINT-JEAN
On the site of the city's former slaughterhouse wasteland, the Saint-Jean district has been home to a landscaped park of over 2 hectares since 2025, the first stage of a future 10-hectare inhabited park. Designed for all generations, the park features beautiful woodland promenades, a meadow with relaxation areas, a guinguette corner and an inclusive playground. A true gesture of renaturation, it features 416 trees, 70 species, a biodiversity sanctuary grove and an infiltration basin. A place of life and culture, it houses an artistic installation by Élise Gabriel, consisting of 12 poetic doors, as well as bleachers that can accommodate 120 people for shows.
